If you experience an issue with your order, please call us (512-888-9959), email us at info@LiveSoda.com, or complete this contact form within 5 business days of receiving your order, and provide us with the problem with your order, where you purchased the product (DrinkLive.com or Amazon), your order number, and your address and telephone.  We will contact you within 48 business hours..
