At Live Soda, LLC (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we respect your personal privacy, and do not sell your information to third parties.  There’s lots of legal mumbo jumbo below, but we’re happy to answer any questions you have, or address any concerns you have to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer.  Just contact us at info@LiveSoda.com with any questions or concerns.

This Privacy Notice describes how your Personal Information, as defined below, is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit or make a purchase from drinklive.com (the “Site”). You agree to be bound by this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Service, to which this Privacy Notice is incorporated, when you visit the Site or engage our services, including purchasing products, making payment for product purchases, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers (“Service”).

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases.   • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using Cookies (defined below), log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.

Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay), email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, our third-party fulfilment house, our payment processors, and our email service provider.

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email address, address and phone number

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

    We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
